Hmmm, the hot dude seems to give yet another interesting film with the lady director with whom he did ‘Water’ before.

Deepa Mehta said to have roped in John Abraham and hot Ukrainian actress Milla Jovovich for her next directorial titled Beeba Boyz. And looks like John will surely steal some hearts, as is said to feature as a Punjabi gangster in this one. The film is said to be based on Punjabi gangsters and the shooting is scheduled to start in coming April.

It’s heard that the filmmaker was quite keen to work with the actor. So much, she even waited several months for John to give his nod for the projects.

“Ever since we did Water, we’ve been waiting to work together again. Beeba Boyz is perfect for John. I need someone who will look menacing but attractive, sexy and earthy, speaking those Punjabi lines fluently,” said Deepa Mehta.

The director is in fact very confident that John will get the Punjabi lingo right. To prove her point she recalled that for ‘Water’ the actor had done his best to speak Sanskritized Hindi. Moreover, Mehta is pretty pleased with the pairing of John and Milla Jovovich, which she says would look so good together.

On the other hand, even John is looking forward to work with Deepa. “I’m really fond of Deepa. I think we did something special in Water. We’ll do it again,” shared John.
