Amitabh Bachchan Recommends Akshay Kumar for Milkha Singh’s Role

Bollywood megastar, Amitabh Bachchan has suggested Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra to cast Akshay Kumar for the role of legendary athlete Milkha Singh in his upcoming movie.

The filmmaker Mehra is in a plan to make a film based on the life history of athlete Milkha Singh. Amitabh Bachchan says that Mehra is in confusion about the star cast in the film. Amitabh feels that Akshay Kumar will be the correct person for the role and he suggested Akshay’s name to Omprakash Mehra.

Omprakash Mehra feels that Milkha Singh’s life can make a great story and he announced the film title as ‘Bas Itna Sa Khwab Hai’. Talking about the film, Amitabh Bachchan has twitted on his twitter that the film subject is having humanity, patriotism, history and poetic justice. He says that the life of Milkha Singh is full of tragedy, where his entire family will be killed in front of his eyes during the riot in Pakistan.
