57th National Film Awards: Amitabh Bachchan Won Best Actor Award

In the 57th National Film Awards, Amitabh Bachchan has won the best actor award for his performance in ‘Paa’ and Aamir Khan’s ’3 Idiots’ has won the best popular movie award. Big B has won the best actor award for third time.

Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan has won two national awards for ‘Agneepath’ and ‘Hum’. Amitabh Bachchan has won this National award for the role of a child suffering with a rare disorder – progeria in the movie ‘Paa’.

Malayalam film ‘Kutty Srank’ has taken five awards including the best feature film. Mamoothy has played the lead role in ‘Kutty Srank’. The movie has won the awards for best cinematography, best screenplay, best costume and special jury recognition.
