Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s magnum-opus ‘Veer’ has run into legal trouble after its release. Delhi High Court on Monday issued a notice to actor Salman Khan, director Anil Sharma and Eros International for allegedly plagiarising excerpts from ‘Trilogy of Wisdom’, the book by noted wisdom guru Pawan Chaudhary.
The filmmakers have been asked by Justice VK Shali to file their details on the same by 4th September this year. Chaudhary had slapped the legal notice to ‘Veer’ in Delhi High Court on Saturday.

A city court Wednesday ruled that film maker Madhur Bhandarkar will stand trial for allegedly raping model-turned-actress Priti Jain, five years after her complaint to the police.
The court’s ruling came after it held that the first information report (FIR) Priti Jain filed against Bhandarkar was not false, as he had contended, Priti’s counsel Sushan Kunjuraman said.
